Process

Different raw materials are combined together by rollers to become the
compound cloth. The nose support will also be placed in the cloth, and
then they will be cut in standard length. All seam will be weld by
ultrasonic welding. The finished material will be cut in standard shape
in once.

Workflow Description

Introduction to action process:


1. Manual trolley pushes the material to the belt line at the feed in.


2. The belt line drives the whole material tray to the lifting
mechanism.


3. Material fetching mechanism grabs the product and places it on the
fixture


4. The platform drives the fixture to the detection bit and starts the
detection


5. Determine the result and start product blanking :OK material is
grabbed and placed on the packaging line to start packaging, and NG
material is placed on the NG channel for collection
